Our Countries Meal

Now we are introducing to you the most famous dish of Konya,where we live.Tandoori bread with meats and potatoes.Meat loaf,pieces of meat are put on top of the kneaded doughand baked in the oven.Tandır bread is made by cooking the doughwith potatoes in special tandoori.

We collect the leaves of our vineyards.We collect our leaves when they grow.We boil them a little bit.We soften.Then we prepare it.We put rice,tomato paste,onion,minced  meat.after cooking a little ,it puts this ingredient inside the leaves .We wrap the leaves .We make it thin.and after cooking,our leaf wrap meal is ready.




Now ,we will make 3 person sausage eggs.First,we beat 4 eggs in a bowl.We slice the sausages thinly.We put the sausages in the pan.When we cook a little,we pour the egg on it .We throw some salt .And our sausages egg is ready.

Hungary is famous for its dishes. We have a lot of traditional food but some of them are unhealthy. So we try to teach our students how to eat healthily. We organized an event where they could prepare healthy food and then taste it. It was very successful.

National Culture Food. Lithuanians like to eat good, tasty and filling foods. Lithuanian traditional cuisine took shape over many centuries and was much influenced by cultural contacts with neighboring nations. Traditional food ,,Cepelinai“ – meat cooked inside a ball of potato dough, served with a special sauce ,,Šaltibarščiai“ – cold soup prepared of beetroot, cucumber and sour cream, Potato pancakes.
